Our Story
Ever since we started our first digital enterprise back in 2006, we have been researching the best theories and methodologies to analyse, design, implement and maintain IT systems. We have been doing this for over more than 10 years with great successes but also failures. We have launched this new digital enterprise as a spinoff of the culmination of our path of continuous learning. i-Digital Transformation Services BV is our youngest member of our group of digital enterprises, to explicitly focus on our groundbreaking methodological approach for digital transformation projects, which has been tested, proven and published.
The point must be made that our Intelligent Digital Transformation Model emphasizes two distinctive building blocks: the smart and the heart.
The smart refers to the knowledge and understanding of all the relevant Agile theories and methodologies. Emphasizing on the value of scientific thinking.
The heart refers to the more touchy-feely stuff. It’s about people, organizational health. How to create an environment for your team members to become high-performers.
Combine the very smart and the big heart together and you will have a high performing organization.

That’s where the brothers Emmanuël and Sander come in. Emmanuël, Vice-Olympian Champion, World Champion and European Champion in field hockey, acts as the people ambassador of the heart of our company. As a team member of the Belgian national hockey team, he is walking an amazing transformational road. A road that took him from a marginalized hockey team, to the most successful team in Belgian's history: World Champion, European Champion and Vice Olympian Champion. Emmanuël experienced how a team can be transformed from average to good to more than excellent. He knows what it means to be a good leader, what it is to build-up a high performing team and how to be a good team member. He wrote his book describing his methodologies how the Belgian hockey team became the world's best hockey team.
And then we have Sander, who acts as the digital ambassador of the smart of our company. With his Master in Business Innovation and his Master in IT Architecture, Sander embodies the knowledge and understanding of all the relevant agile theories and methodologies to help organization with their digital transformation. Sander is the author of the book “Intelligent Digital Transformation” and experienced as a team member and leader in digital transformations of several companies and governmental departments.
